Project Experience

Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration

Design, analysis, construction management and commissioning of multiple anhydrous ammonia refrigeration system or portions therein. Systems include frigid water generation (32.5 - 45 degree F water), freezing brine generation (near and below 32 degrees F), cold storages (above and below freezing), jacketed tanks, process equipment, freezers, etc.
Expert analysis of in service failures of ammonia systems.
Code Compliance retrofits (ventilation, vessel rerates, OSHA PSM fine remediation, etc.)

Chiller Plants

Design, analysis, construction management and commissioning of chilled water systems.
Design of free cooling systems
Pumping and distribution piping

Boiler Plants, Steam and Condensate Systems

Boiler Room retrofits and greenfield designs for installation of boilers, dearators, feedwater systems, etc.
Steam and condensate systems including ancillary equipment specification/selection and/or design including wet and dry steam accumulators, flash tanks, traps, control valves, heat exchangers, etc.

480V and higher air compressor system design including compressor cooling systems.
